Full Contest Rules and Regulations
1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY CHANGE WITHOUT WARNING BY WEB LEGAL EDUCATION. IF YOU WISH TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS FULLY AWARE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING ANY CHANGES, THEN PLEASE REVISIT THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT REGULAR INTERVALS.
2. WEB LEGAL EDUCATION LIMITS LIABILITY TO ANY USER OF THIS CONTEST WHOLLY AND FULLY AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE WHOSOEVER CAUSED.

WEB LEGAL EDUCATION IN NO WAY AFFIRMS OR GUARANTEES THE ACCURACY OF THE LAW IN RELATION TO THESE QUESTIONS, AND NO RELIANCE SHOULD BE PLACED ON EITHER THE QUESTIONS OR THE ANSWERS TO ANY REAL LIFE LEGAL PROBLEM. IF YOU WISH TO ENGAGE LEGAL ADVICE, PLEASE CONSULT A QUALIFIED SOLICITOR OR BARRISTER.
DEFINITIONS
Contest - means this competition run by Web Legal Education.
Contest Period - means the start of each month's contest, normally on the 1st day of every month, and the end of the contest, which will end either on the receipt of the first persons entry who answers all questions correctly or on the last day of every month.
Prize - means the amount in Pounds Sterling decided to be the prize by Web Legal Education. At the time of writing, the amount will be £100.
Contest Sponsor - means Web Legal Education.
Roll-Over - means that nobody from a previous month was able to win the contest and therefore the amount of the prize has increased the following month's amount of Prize.
Winner - means the website user who was the first website user to answer all answers correctly.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is required to enter the competition. The competition can be entered without charge by ordering the competition from www.weblegaleducation.com buy product web page. The competition will then load onto the users e-college panel. Any technical problems should be reported to staff@weblegaleducation.com.
Web Legal Education will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical problems, whether the fault of Web Legal Education or not.
PRIZE:
There is one Prize available to be won per Contest Period, which consists of £100 GB. In the event of a Roll-Over, the Prize for that Contest Period will be increased by the Prize of the previous Contest Period.
ACCEPTANCE
The Prize must be accepted as provided. The Prize will be awarded to the Winner after 14 days and following all verification checks.
Each Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or cash, or exchanged in whole or in part, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules.
WINNER SELECTION
The prize winner will be the first person to answer all competition questions correctly. Correct answers are deemed to be the answers set by Web Legal Education. No discourse will be entered into in relation to the correct answers of the Contest.
PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS
The competition can only be entered and won through the Web Legal Education website.
HOW TO WIN
To be declared a Winner of the Contest, eligible entrants must first correctly answer all questions of the Contest. Eligible entrants providing an incorrect answer will no longer be eligible to win a prize in this contest. In addition, before being declared a Winner, each Winner, will be required to sign a standard Release and Indemnity Form specific to the Prize confirming understanding, compliance with
and acceptance of the Contest rules and acceptance of the Prize as awarded and a release of all liability satisfactory to Web Legal Education and return the signed form.
ELIGIBIILTY
The Contest is open only to residents of England and Wales over the age of 18 years during the contest dates. Employees (and immediate family and household members of such employees) of Fat Jockey Ltd and any of their respective affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies. as well as Fat Jockey Ltd's respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising agencies and immediate families and household members will not be eligible to be a Winner of the Conteset. In these rules, "immediate family" is defined as spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents and in-laws.
VERIFICATION CHECKS
The winner consents and acknowledges to providing the following information in order ensure compliance with these Rules and Regulations:
i) The Winner will sign the standard Release and Indemnity Form specific to the Contest confirming understanding, compliance and acceptance of the Contest Rules and Regulations and acceptance of the Prize as awarded and a release of all liability satisfactory to Web Legal Education and return the signed form to the address below
ii) Agree to his/her name being published on www.weblegaleducation.com
iii) The winner will send his/her passport and a utility bill either by way of email to staff@weblegaleducation.com or to

The Winner's passport and utility bill must correspond with the Winner's username and personal details on his/her Web Legal Education website account. If there is any irregularity (irregularity to be decided by Web Legal Education) then the winner will forfeit his/her Prize and a Roll-Over will be declared.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entrants must
(i) Acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements; and
(ii) Agree to be bound by the decisions of Web Legal Education, made in Web Legal Education's sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
Entrants and/or Winners assume liability for injuries caused, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, or by the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, or property damage.
By accepting the Prize the Winner consents to Web Legal Education publishing or announcing the Winner's name and photograph(s) in future publicity, without permission or compensation. By entering this Contest, the Winner consents to the unlimited reproduction, publication use and distribution of photographs by Web Legal Education in all forms and media, and in all manners including advertising, trade, display, editorial, art, advertisements, video production, exhibitions and website content.
RELEASES
By entering this Contest, entrants confirm that they have read and understood these Rules and Regulations. Entrants also agree, should they become a Winner, that they will sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Rules, and a release form releasing Fat Jockey Ltd T/as Web Legal Education and any respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the "Releases"), from any and all claims or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or a prize, including, without limitation, claims or liability in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize as awarded. All documents must be completed and returned within the period noted on those documents or the Prize may be forfeited.
DISCLAIMER
All entries become the property of Web Legal Education, who shall have no liability for lost, stolen, late, damaged or misdirected entries; for any failure of the website during the promotional period; for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Web Legal Education for any reason including, without limitation, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof; or for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in the contest. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are ineligible, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
DISCLOSURES
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Web Legal Education reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. A Participant engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any Prizes won.
RESERVATIONS OF WEB LEGAL EDUCATION
Web Legal Education reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest at any time. If fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Web Legal Education corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Contest.
CONSTRUCTION
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules and Regulations, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Web Legal Education in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of England and Wales. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of England and Wales.
INVALIDITY
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Regulations shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Regulations shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Web Legal Education's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Regulations in any manner whatsoever.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Web Legal Education for the purpose of administering the Contest. Web Legal Education has a policy of sharing some of the personal information of entrants with third parties, namely law firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or as permitted or required by law. By providing your information and opting-in at the Contest website, Web Legal Education may provide you with information relating to new and existing products, coupons, product sampling, and news regarding upcoming promotions. By entering the Contest the entrant consents to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Contest Sponsor's Privacy Policies, which are available at

The Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Web Legal Education are final and absolute. All ideas submitted become the property of Web Legal Education without payment of any compensation in addition to the Prize award to the Winner.
Web Legal Education retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the selected prize for any reason whatsoever.
